Terms and refunds — EMS Registry Ready (website)

These terms cover buying and using EMS Registry Ready on this website. The short version: Monthly renews until you cancel, the other two plans are paid once, and if a plan isn't right for you, ask within 7 days and we'll refund it.

What you're buying

EMS Registry Ready Pro opens every question, full practice exams, every explanation and the rest of the paid features, for every level the app offers (EMR, EMT, AEMT and Paramedic). The free sample stays free.

• Monthly: $9.99 a month. Charged when you buy and again every month until you cancel.
• 120-Day: $24.99, paid once. Pro lasts 120 days from the day you buy. Buy another before it ends and the new 120 days start when the first ones finish. Nothing renews.
• Lifetime: $49.99, paid once. Pro for as long as EMS Registry Ready is offered, including the questions and features added later. Nothing renews.

Prices are in US dollars. A plan belongs to the account you bought it with and is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in.

Paying

Stripe handles payments. You type your card details on Stripe's own checkout page, not ours, and we never see or store them. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Canceling Monthly

Cancel any time in the app: Settings → Manage opens your billing page, where you can cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account cancels it too.

Refunds

• 120-Day and Lifetime: if it isn't for you, email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund the full price.
• Monthly: if a month renewed that you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund that month. We don't refund the rest of a month after you cancel; you keep Pro until it ends instead.
• A refund ends the Pro access it paid for.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

If you think you were charged by mistake, email us before you dispute the charge with your bank. It's usually faster to sort out that way.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep the questions accurate and in line with the National Registry's current test plans, and we fix problems you report. We can't promise that you'll pass an exam.

EMS Registry Ready is study material. It is not medical advice and it is not a clinical reference. Always follow your service's protocols, your medical direction and your scope of practice.

EMS Registry Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians or the Board for Critical Care Transport Paramedic Certification.

Using the app

Use it for your own study. Don't copy, sell or republish the questions, and don't try to get around the paywall. We may close an account that does.

Changes

If we change a price, it doesn't change what you've already bought. A new Monthly price applies only after we've emailed you about it, so you can cancel first. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects something you've paid for applies only after we tell you by email.
